Hey loves, how has the week been? I hope it wasn’t too stressful and you are planning on relaxing. In my last post I wrote about stress, its causes, symptoms and how to manage it. I know you’ve probably had a busy week or even a busy day and found yourself stressed out. When next that happens you can pop these affirmations like a pill and they will be sure to drive the stress away. You must have known by now that I love affirmations and have affirmations to follow up most of my posts and this is not exempted. So there you have twenty affirmations to choose from. When saying them, speak with confident and speak as if you are already experiencing it. Don’t say them as if you are doubting it or like you don’t have any strength left in you. Speak what you want into existence and in time it will sprout forth. Your words are seed that you plant into your life. If you plant a good seed you will reap the result, if you plant a bad one through negative thoughts and talks you will also reap the result so choose today to speak good things into your life.

Hey Nianni, I have never tried words of self-affirmation, so I can’t suggest any that I use. I usually turn to yoga to relieve stress and to calm my mind though! It’s interesting that some of the people who commented above have tried and endorse words of self-affirmation. I may have to try it out one day (I’m still a little weirded out by the thought of talking to myself though haha)! Thanks for sharing!

Really useful and inspiring affirmation in todayโ€™s stressful life. Been stress free , in this world of worries , is a skill and not everyone is master in this skill. Very positive posts โ€“ we feel all of them, but our favourite is I can solve any problem. Instantly I feel like we can tackle the world and we have the capacity to sort everything, for ourselves and others around us and in our circle. Thank you for sharing. x

I’ve been experiencing anxiety more than ever before lately and these affirmations are perfect for when I’m starting to get in my head. My favorite is “It is well with me” to remind me that even though I don’t feel fine now, I will be fine soon

I am new to positive affirmations, and before reading this post I was actually quite stressed. But, just reading this list of affirmations calmed me a bit. I will definitely choose one or two to use from now on, thanks!
