Hey loves, today we’re looking at daily affirmations you can say to change your mindset and improve on areas you want to. We looked at affirmations some days ago and how to write your own affirmations


Daily affirmations are simple positive statements you say that helps your mind and helps you get rid of negative thoughts replacing them with positive ones. Daily affirmations are repeated daily as a mind exercise. So I’m going to share with you 50 daily affirmations for every area of your life.

Regular repetition will help you in manifesting the life of your dreams. It can help you maintain a positive state of mind when times are tough. You can say your affirmations out loud, in front of a mirror like I usually do, write it down or repeat them in your head.

You can write affirmations for other areas of your life and write your affirmations in a way that is true to you. I hope this helps to improve your mindset or serve as a guide to write yours.

Nice, I love all of these! For me now, I need to focus on the anxiety affirmations and remind myself that everything is in control, even if it’s outside of my control. Thanks for sharing!

This is great. I love affirmations. I like the way you broke them up to cover different parts in someone’s life. I had recently written about affirmations in my latest blog post. They are great confidence builders. My only issue with affirmations is that I never stick to saying them to myself. I have to find a way to be better at practicing saying them. Thank you for sharing!

Thank you for your post! These are all great suggestions – I wish I could overcome my awkwardness and try to say these affirmations out loud. Saying that I’ve never tried it before, so maybe feeling more self-assured and confident stems from regular repetitions!

Yeah you should try saying it out loud sometimes. But it’s okay if you’re saying them in your head too and you should definitely be repeating them. I hope it works for you 🤗

I really like how you separated the affirmations into different categories because sometimes not all affirmations can fit into a specific scenario. This was a great pick me up, and I’ll most likely use these affirmations again when I have a bad day.
